26 x 30 minutes Beer Buddies is the story of six professional chefs who come from different parts to create dishes that would take beer as one of the main ingredients! Be it the appetizers, entrees or desserts, the common factor in all the recipes is BEER.
The show features sone of the finest chefs of North America, like Massimo Capra (Italian), Francesco Ferragina (German), Stephen Perrin (Canada), Anthony Mair (Jamaica), Neil Siomra (Canada) and Robert Sproat (Waterloo), all very unique personalities.
The Beer Buddies make truffles, lamb, brisket and much more utilizing beer in every dish. Viewers will be amazed at the breath of possibilities of creating one of their favourite dishes with one of their favourite beverages - beer!
